Basic cut, properties & Fefco code
The folding boxes are equipped with a tear tab and a self-adhesive strip. The adhesive strip can be used as a permanent seal directly when shipping goods. The tear strip ensures a clean opening so that the packaging can be used multiple times. As the shipping packaging can also be securely closed using the plug-in system and without using the adhesive strip, the end customer has the option of using the practical adhesive strip for any returns.
Did you already know? The European associations of corrugated cardboard manufacturers have introduced an internationally valid FEFCO code to describe corrugated cardboard packaging. These are recorded in a comprehensive catalogue in which the structure and shape of the cardboard packaging are systematically described. The codes are primarily used for standardised communication in the industry.
The design and structure of our shipping boxes are set out in the international FEFCO code 0427.
Individualisation and finishing
The shipping boxes can be customised and printed with your logo using precise hot-foil embossing to put the focus on your own brand and make it known to the world. This type of shipping packaging is therefore a powerful marketing tool that makes a decisive contribution to the success of your products.
The print can be applied to the inside or outside of the lid or base.
The cost per print is 0.20 euros plus plate costs of 55 euros (if not yet available).
Completely individual designs in terms of colour, size and printing can also be realised from a quantity of 5,000 pieces. If you have special wishes and ideas, we will be happy to advise you and make you an offer.
Order quantities and conditions
The shipping boxes are available in packaging units of 50 pieces each. The minimum order value is 100 euros without print and 200 euros with print. You can find the prices and scales in our online shop!
Shipping boxes for jewellery items
Emotional experiences manifest themselves during unboxing and are transferred to your products and jewellery brand. This is because celebrating the unboxing of jewellery is a central part of the ordering process for customers. Customer loyalty is created through positive evaluation of the product, but also through a coherent packaging concept for the brand.
Corrugated cardboard is ideal as additional outer packaging and shipping carton for jewellery cases, jewellery boxes and jewellery bags. In a practical application and despite their light weight, they guarantee reliable protection during shipping and also offer the opportunity to contribute to brand awareness and brand loyalty through logo embossing. This makes individual shipping boxes the perfect solution for online jewellers & young start-ups in the jewellery sector.
