But what is of such practical use to all of us is also much more for some of us. Purses have also become a fashionable accessory for us and reflect important features. The variety of different wallets is therefore almost infinite and the materials range from practical efficient use to a noble finish. We will be happy to take care of the appropriate packaging of the wallets at the point of sale for you! Because for many years now we have been developing and producing high-quality fashionable boxes for wallets & purses.

In order to present wallets in fashion shops in an attractive way, for example in the counter area, they must stand up to other products. The first point of contact between purse and potential customer is the packaging. But the choice of packaging is also of primary importance for storage and preservation purposes. The packaging should therefore be of high quality and functional - to meet the requirements of your products as much as possible.

At LESER GmbH Packaging & More we develop and produce primarily high-quality cardboard liftoff boxes for packing wallets. They are practical, robust, visually appealing and can also be realised at low cost. Depending on the project, we manufacture them individually according to your ideas - or alternatively we offer solutions that are already available in small quantities in our standard range.

Wallet boxes in small quantities

Especially for exclusive fashion houses and young brands that sell wallets and are active in e-commerce, the purchase of small quantities of packaging is interesting. In our standard assortment we therefore carry wallet boxes which are already available in small purchase quantities: starting from a quantity of 50 pieces!

In addition to the previously mentioned attributes, we have developed this cardboard box especially in light of the increasing e-commerce & mail order business. Due to the low height of the box, it can be sent by letter post without any problems and thus saves a lot of shipping costs!

* The wallet packs from our standard range are equipped and delivered with inlays as standard. For customer-specific packaging projects, you naturally have the option of dispensing with the use of a packaging inlay.

Even with small purchase quantities, you have the possibility to have your wallet packaging refined by us:

From a quantity of 50 pieces, we can finish the boxes with your logo or slogan in one of our various embossing processes. Set-up costs: 45 € - cliché costs: on request - embossing costs: single-colour logo embossing: on request.

Individual wallet packaging

In addition to our standard range, however, our core competence lies in customer-specific packaging projects, which we implement in our carton production at our Lahr site in Germany.

Because just like your wallet, our corresponding packaging is usually tailor-made and exactly meets your requirements. According to the original idea, you basically have to make a decision on 3 important points in an individual packaging project:

Recommended formats

The dimensions of your individual wallet packaging are usually freely selectable, however, some formats have become apparent in the wallet area, which we are happy to use. The dimensions are the internal dimensions of the boxes:

105 x 70 x 30 mm
120 x 90 x 15 mm (outside 18 mm)
120 x 90 x 20 mm
127 x 91 x 30 mm
180 x 125 x 30 mm

We can design and automatically produce cardboard boxes for packing purses in these formats according to your wishes from a purchase quantity of 1,000 pieces. However, for desired formats that do not correspond to the above-mentioned dimensions, we also develop completely individual projects according to your ideas. Depending on your requirements, this is usually possible from a quantity of 2,000 pieces.

Box variants & materials

As already mentioned, high-quality liftoff boxes are particularly suitable for packing wallets and purses.

Because liftoff boxes look attractive and therefore promote the sale of your products. Especially in the field of fashion accessories, there are other box variants that prove to be suitable product packaging. In the carton sector, we count collar boxes or folding boxes with a magnetic closure among the alternatives. However, you can find more information about the various boxes on the page: Box Types.

For us, cardboard has proven to be a suitable and contemporary material for packing purses. Cardboard packaging can be individually designed, is inexpensive and can be produced fully automatically. The body of most of our packaging is punched out of stable solid cardboard, which is then erected and glued with a noble covering paper. However, some of our packaging is also made of corrugated board due to the requirements. You can find all information about materials and different cover papers here: packaging materials.

In addition to cardboard packaging, we also produce packaging made of plastic or, for example, of the modern bio-plastic PLA, which is based 100% on corn starch and thus a renewable raw material, in our injection moulding facility in the south of Germany.

Finishing for customer projects

After the decisions about material and box type, the basis of your packaging is already in place. Afterwards you should think about the finishing touches. By means of various finishing techniques, your packaging becomes the carrier of your brand and stands up to the competition at the point of sale. Especially in the fashion sector, a number of noble embossing techniques have become established to discreetly place your brand and your slogan.

Most wallets are packed in cardboard boxes without the use of a packing inlay. However, if you are planning a particularly attractive presentation, if you want to place a small purse in a larger package or even if you want to pack other products in addition to the purse, the use of an inlay is a good idea. The following inlays are particularly suitable for wallets:
