Materials in the jewellery sector
Plastic cases are typically manufactured in large quantities according to your individual requirements. Cardboard boxes, on the other hand, are produced in the most varied sizes and according to your wishes in our kartomatic department from a purchase quantity of 1,000 pieces. You can find out more about our various cartons on our interactive page: Box types. With regard to individualisation, LESER offers many possibilities. In addition to plastic and cardboard, there are also a number of other materials from which we produce jewellery packaging. High-quality wooden cases and in particular sustainable, environmentally friendly jewelry cases made of bioplastics from the EARTH series are enjoying increasing demand in the jewelry segment. The high quality of our products guarantees the protection of your precious jewellery.
More information about the different materials processed by LESER can be found on our extensive site: Materials!
Sustainable jewellery packaging
At present, the needs of our jewellery customers and the environment are at the centre of our activities. Because the issue of sustainability determines the values of our market like never before. Therefore, in addition to our extensive range of exclusive jewelry packaging, we now also offer some sustainable jewelry packaging and environmentally friendly jewelry cases, which we do not want to withhold from you at this point.
Bioplastic jewellery cases
Especially for our jeweler customers, we have been introducing a small market innovation to our product portfolio since 2012: the world's first jewel case made of the fully compostable bioplastic PLA (polylactide). Read correctly: The jewelry cases, the starting material of which is produced from a multi-stage synthesis of sugar, are a solid alternative to conventional jewelry packaging. On top of that, they are produced in our injection moulding department in Lahr in the Black Forest - all made in Germany. You can find out more on our page: Series 1560 EARTH.
FSC®-certified jewelry boxes
Beyond this original new creation on the market, our range also includes sustainable jewellery packaging based on another material: cardboard. The FSC® certification of our company followed in 2018. Since then we have been presenting various sustainable jewellery packaging series in our range, whose materials come from well-managed, FSC® certified forests and other controlled sources. In addition to our existing product range, we now also have the option of producing individual, sustainable jewellery packaging according to your requirements. More information about our FSC®-certified jewellery packaging can be found here: GreenPack.
100 % recycled jewelry box
But the above is not all we have to offer in the field of sustainable jewellery packaging. In addition to the jewellery cases made of the bioplastics PLA and the FSC®-certified jewellery packaging, we have recently introduced a new product: Series 0150 RECYCLE - a packaging series whose components are made of 100% recycled materials:
✅ 100 % recycled body
✅ 100 % recycled coating
✅ 100 % recycled foam
✅ 300 % sustainability! - No compromises
✅ FSC®-certified & made in Germany

The individualisation of your jewellery cases
Refinements give the cases a certain fine-tuning. Your brand is not only highlighted by your logo or claim, but to a large extent by its complete external appearance. That is why LESER offers you a number of possibilities to design your jewellery box individually.
You can choose between different embossing methods for cardboard boxes in order to highlight logos or pictures in different ways. Your individual jewellery packaging thus receives a particularly noble appearance. Offset printing or modern digital printing also allow individual motifs on your packaging!
- Level embossing
- Structure embossing

The quality of our jewellery boxes
"Diamonds are forever" - and they should be! With this in mind, we produce jewellery packaging according to your wishes. Because completely in line with your basic attitudes, values such as quality and high worthiness are of great importance at LESER. The standard of quality is determined on the basis of your ideas and expectations. Therefore we produce at our traditional location in Lahr in the Black Forest with a lot of know-how and the most modern technologies. There are hardly any limits to the further upgrading of your packaging! LESER highlights good things better!
Protection through individual inlays
When it comes to protection, our resistant materials and the various inlay options in particular come into their own. Depending on the customer's wishes and the task of the inlay, you essentially have the choice between 5 variants at LESER. The inlay serves to protect against external damage due to its shock-absorbing properties. In addition, it fastens and positions your valuables at the desired location and thus prevents unwanted scratches. In the case of foam inserts, for example, the recesses in the corresponding positions are punched by machine. Thus the insert provides an additional safety effect during transport and the desired appearance when opening the jewellery box. A decisive moment for the future wearer of the accessories. Because quality is decisive here!

- hand-finished inlay
